The Spiral is a 12-week process for working with the patterns, conditioning, emotional responses, and invisible forces that can keep you repeating the same experiences — even when you consciously want something different.

Sometimes you know exactly what's getting in the way.

Sometimes you don't.

Sometimes the pattern is so deeply embedded that you can't explain it, find its origin, or even see it clearly.

That's okay.

You don't have to understand everything in order to change it.

The Work

We don't always need to understand it to release it.

The Spiral works with what is actually present — conscious or unconscious.

We pay attention to the patterns, emotions, beliefs, reactions, and ways of being that keep showing up, and create the conditions for them to shift.

Sometimes that shift comes through insight.

Sometimes it comes through feeling.

Sometimes you simply know that something has changed.

The goal isn't to spend months analysing why you are the way you are.

It's to clear what no longer needs to be there.

  Private Spiral gives you the space, attention, and depth to work with what is getting in the way — in a process that is entirely specific to you.

• Small Group

  A small, intimate experience with a maximum of four people.

  You'll experience the depth of the work alongside the perspective and witnessing that comes from doing it with others — while still receiving personal attention throughout the process.
